Whether you’re new to therapy or it’s been a while since you’ve sought help, reaching out to speak with someone can feel like a daunting process at first, as it requires a level of vulnerability and humility that we may not often present. However, it also shows courage and marks an incredible first-step toward self-discovery, positive change and emotional well-being.

Every person has a unique story to tell based on their lived experiences. My personal journey, including my previous career in Communications within corporate environments, has led to a belief that every person has the innate capacity for growth and change. It has also given me the ability to actively-listen and empathetically connect with people, whether through shared experiences or personal narratives.

I am rooted in a view that therapy is a highly individualized process that requires establishing specific goals, promoting strengths and embracing the importance of self-compassion. As such, I utilize an eclectic, evidence-based approach that draws from varying theories and modalities to personalize a client’s therapy based on their lived experiences and goals. This includes CBT, ACT, SFBT, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory and Positive Psychology, to name a few.
