Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, Talm Therapy is a family-owned mental health clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive in-person and remote psychotherapy services to adults 18 and above.

Our mission is to offer inclusive, results-based treatment, with the option of psychiatric assessments for physician-referred clients. Our warm and empathetic therapists bring a wide spectrum of lived experiences, ensuring culturally attuned, client-centred, and trauma-informed care. At Talm, we believe in measurement-based practices, regularly revisit client goals and encourage feedback to improve outcomes.
